Founded by the Toldo family in 1980, Centoco is proud to be one of the largest toilet seat manufacturers in North America. Producing millions of toilet seats annually, Centoco has operations in both Canada and the United States offering a full line of residential, commercial and institutional seats.

As the only toilet seat manufacturer in Canada, Centoco is headquartered in Windsor, Ontario. Production facilities are located in Windsor, Ontario and McCrory, Arkansas. It is a key priority at Centoco to employ and support the domestic economy. Being in both Canada and the United States has allowed Centoco to domestically manufacture and distribute from coast to coast in North America for nearly 40 years.

As the first manufacturer of polypropylene plastic injection molded toilet seats in 1980, technology and innovation remain a priority at Centoco. In 2004, the patented Centocore technology was released for co-injected molded wood seats that will not chip or peel. In 2019, the FAST-N-LOCK Mounting System, was introduced to quickly install and lock commercial toilet seats in place. Our engineers are continuously working to bring more technology to the industry.

Centoco is a major supplier to wholesaler, retailer, OEM, specification services and more. Our seats can be found in hospitals, hotels, buildings and homes nationally. Seats are produced in plastic, wood, and other materials in a variety of colors and sizes.
